ABOUT OUR AGENCY Ive been in business for 11 years and currently lead a team of 12 dedicated professionals who bring positive energy and purpose into everything we do. I hold a bachelors degree in Finance along with an MBA, and that background helps guide the thoughtful, strategic approach we take when serving our customers and growing our team. Community involvement is a major priority for our agency I serve as a Director for the Pasadena ISD Education Foundation and chair its Finance Committee, and Im an active member of the South BeltEllington Chamber of Commerce. We also support our local fire department each year with fire prevention kits and participate in annual community events like National Night Out, Trunk or Treat, and Winter Wonderland.

ROLE DESCRIPTION As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Steve Sipes - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.

Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.

Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.

Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.

Leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
