Our client, a long‑standing industrial distributor specializing in process control valves, instrumentation, and automation products, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting customers across industries such as food & beverage, pulp & paper, chemical, and power. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to support customers with product selection and application support.
Job Title : Inside Sales Representative
Location : Wauwatosa, WI
Pay Range : $60,000 - $70,000
What’s the Job?
Enter quotes and orders accurately into the ERP system
Communicate daily with customers and vendors via phone and email
Review technical datasheets to confirm customer specifications
Provide technical product support related to valves, steam systems, and process control applications
Field incoming calls/emails and assist with additional responsibilities as needed
What’s Needed?
Experience in inside sales, ideally within steam systems, process controls, or industrial products
Ability to read and interpret technical data sheets
Technical product knowledge related to process valves, controls, and customer‑specific applications
Proficiency with ERP systems; Sage 100 experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail
