ABOUT OUR AGENCY I opened my agency in 2017, and our team of four works together with a strong focus on professionalism, excellence, and doing whats right for our customers. Before becoming an agent, I started as a State Farm team member, and I also spent time as a missionary working on college campuses experiences that helped shape my leadership style and the values we bring into our office every day.

Im originally from Louisiana and graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. One thing were especially proud of is our performance our office is currently ranked #1 in Texas for boat insurance, and we take a lot of pride in being known for strong service and expertise.

Giving back is important to us, and we support Anchor Point along with participating in other local community events throughout the year. ROLE DESCRIPTION As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tyler Landry - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.

Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.

Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.

Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.

Leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
