Responsibilities: Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency. Your goal is to schedule free in-home consultations with our experienced comfort advisors, or sell simple HVAC System Tune-Ups if the customer has a newer system that just needs a little touch from the pros at ARS.

Qualifications: What You Need:

Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers

Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus

Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift

Reliable transportation to/from assigned store

Minimum age: 18 years

Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)

Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand

Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings

Must pass background check
