Sales Executive (Field Based)
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Base plus commission and monthly bonuses
A longstanding provider of payroll and HR solutions is expanding its sales team in Columbus and seeking a Sales Executive who excels at generating new business, managing a competitive pipeline, and maximizing uncapped earnings. What You Will Do
Build a consistent pipeline through proactive outreach, referral development, and territory activity
Sell to HR leaders, CFOs, business owners, accountants, and professional partners
Conduct discovery meetings and present solutions aligned to business needs
Manage all pipeline activity within the CRM and maintain clear forecasting
Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure clients transition smoothly and remain long-term accounts
What You Bring
At least 4 years of successful outside B2B sales experience
Experience selling payroll, HCM, SaaS, or professional services preferred
Strong hunter mentality with the ability to create and close new opportunities
Proven ability to operate independently while meeting activity expectations
Professionalism, persistence, and motivation to exceed quota
Compensation and Benefits
