Responsibilities Some Sales Experience Preferred, additional training will be provided! As a HomeTeam Outside Sales Representative, you can expect to:
Work in New Homeowner Communities
- reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending e-mails, mail, and making telephone calls
Warm leads provided
Paid training and licensing
Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners within your assigned area
Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
Work outside
Be self-motivated, organized, and personable while you work independently

Competitive pay averaging $60K-$100K annually (Base + Commissions)
