Vivo Infusion is searching for an experienced and dynamic sales professional with a background in Healthcare and/or Pharma to join our team in the Madison and Sun Prairie, Wisconsin area. The Regional Infusion Sales Specialist will travel within their region promoting provider relationships to support their clinics. The sales team enjoys uncapped commission, company-provided leads, flexibility of creating their schedule, and ownership of their success with the support of an incredible team and company behind them.

Compensation

$70,000 - $80,000 / yr base

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Meet with healthcare professionals to educate them about Vivo’s comprehensive services.

Prospect for new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.

Stay curious and informed of market changes.

Collaborate with local clinical, sales, and patient care navigator teams regarding market intel.

Partner with local pharmaceutical sales representatives to develop strategies.

Apply consultative selling to address provider or patient concerns.

Provide an assessment of each provider’s infusion needs and promote Vivo’s patient‑centered services.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

Work with Pharma Rep contact sheets to build relationships within the territory.

Utilize company CRM (Trella Health) to record calls and maintain notes.

Approach sales opportunities with a dedication to improving patient outcomes.

Work with Patient Care Navigator, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing team members within Vivo with mutual respect.

Maintain Vivo’s outstanding reputation by representing the company and embodying our guiding principles, mission, and values.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, required.

2 years of sales experience generating revenue through B2B referrals, required.

2 years of pharma, commercial insurance, or healthcare sales experience, required.

Valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation for travel within territory, required. Vehicle stipend, parking, tolls provided.

Highly motivated with a proven track record of managing a sales territory and exceeding goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with healthcare professionals, pharma partners, and vendors, required.

Exceptional customer service, learning agility, and problem‑solving skills.

Computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office and CRM software; experience with Trella Healthcare is a plus.

Work Environment and Physical Demands This role is 90% travel, 10% remote office. The employee may occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Vision, hearing, and other physical demands described above apply. The noise level is low to moderate.
