Position Insurance Account Representative

Key Responsibilities
Drive agency growth through honest, needs-based sales conversations
Educate and assist customers with insurance products tailored to their unique needs
Manage policy applications, renewals, and adjustments with care and accuracy
Provide timely, attentive responses to customer inquiries and maintain detailed records
Contact previous customers and previous prospects that haven't purchased yet
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred
State Licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) or willingness to obtain licenses
Spanish proficiency highly desirable
