Help customers make choices about jewelry during appointments and in-store visits. Make sure they have a memorable experience. Manage many customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone calls. Help customers feel valued and provide excellent service. Greet and assist customers when they arrive to create a friendly experience. After a sale, help customers with pick-ups, exchanges, resizing, and any questions they have. Call customers to confirm their showroom appointments and answer any questions they might have before visiting. Read customer feedback and online reviews to improve the shopping experience. Ensure safety and security in our showroom by following policies. Open or close the showroom and waiting area as needed. Use our system to keep track of your work and communicate with your team. Promote our mission of making the jewelry industry more sustainable and caring. Requirements
