ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2020 after serving in the military and then transitioning into sales, experiences that shaped my leadership style and strong work ethic. I was born and raised in Houston and am a proud Texas A&M supporter. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, especially taking cruises, and my kids are now in college. Our team includes six members, and we’ve built an environment that values accountability, connection, and enjoying the journey together.

We stay involved in the community by supporting local high school boosters, clubs, and nearby elementary schools. Inside the office, we keep things fun and motivating with frequent contests, bonuses, flexibility, and paid licensing. We’re looking for someone with a solid work ethic who enjoys being part of a team, working hard, and having fun both in and out of the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Troy Hooper - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.

Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.

Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.

Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.

Leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Bilingual Spanish preferred.
