Ive been in the insurance business since 2008, spending my entire career with State Farm. Before opening my agency, I worked as a team member for four years, gaining valuable experience and a deep understanding of the industry.
Our team is close-knit, consisting of two full-time and one part-time team member. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive and collaborative environment where everyone is valued and encouraged to grow.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Aaron Richards - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
