Ive been a State Farm Agent since 2018, after spending 15 years learning the business firsthand as a team member in my moms agency. Today, I lead a passionate and experienced team of seven with over 40 years of combined industry knowledge. Our mission is simple: to deliver the most remarkable service in town.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jasmine Ross - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
