Your Impact
Maintain large volume of SaaS renewals with high call and email volume daily
Work with customers to resolve any issues which may be preventing them from maintaining a relationship with SolarWinds
Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the SolarWinds value proposition, suggest suitable growth solutions, and negotiate pricing
Follow up on assigned customer SaaS renewal quotes and/or generate custom quotes and present to the customer
Drive SaaS renewal opportunities to close prior to service expiration through detailed funnel management
Manage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within a CRM and to Sales/Renewals leadership
Operate internally as a liaison with cross‑functional teams to share key customer feedback and insights to improve customer experience and further investments
Achieve monthly quotas and quarterly targets
Your Experience
Passion for sales and SaaS based selling experience
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Excellent problem‑solving skills
Good computer skills
Ability to multi‑task and track multiple issues
Enjoys working in a fast paced, team focused environment
Previous experience with CRM - NetSuite and SalesForce are a plus
