to manage the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and special events, while providing light sales coordination support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in event logistics, client communication, and on‑site execution.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute conferences and events from inquiry through post‑event follow‑up
Serve as the primary client contact for event logistics, timelines, and requirements
Coordinate room setups, audiovisual needs, catering, décor, and vendors
Manage event budgets, service orders, and timelines
Oversee on‑site event execution and resolve issues in real time
Support sales with proposals, contracts, CRM updates, and internal handoffs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in conference planning, event coordination, or hospitality
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event or CRM systems
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
