Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Garner, NC for a Manager, Rotable Sales. The Manager, Rotable Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations related to rotable parts, developing business plans, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes analyzing sales data, communicating with customers and team members, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The Manager will also be involved in creating sales strategies and maintaining relationships with key customers.
Qualifications
NO LESS than 5 years of high level rotable sales experience, primarily with narrow-body Airbus and Boeing aircraft and associated powerplants is required.
Product line management background is preferred.
Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning experience.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Demonstrated track record of success and meeting sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
