Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Florence, KY. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. Daily tasks will include client communication, preparing tailored logistics solutions, creating and conducting presentations, and collaborating with internal teams. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will provide outstanding customer service and participate in sales training initiatives to enhance expertise.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Proven Sales and Sales Management skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals
Experience in Training and guiding team members to ensure consistent sales processes
Proactive problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of logistics and transportation services is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
