Regional Sales Manager

Clear Star Aviation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow scheduled maintenance and AOG services for both general aviation and turbine aircraft. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for seeking new prospects, creating relationships, working up quotes, and scheduling jobs. The Regional Sales Manager will support the customer’s experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Develop new business through visiting, calling, and emailing prospective clients

Deliver presentations to promote company brand and services

Meet established sales goals

Host clients at our maintenance facilities or other locations

Prepare a draft quote and schedule service

Be the primary point of contact for the client throughout the repair

Identify market trends and make suggestions for untapped areas of opportunity

Coordinate with marketing team on strategy and materials development

Provide routine and timely updates to the CEO and DOM

Experience

Possess previous sales experience at an MRO facility or equivalent

Must have technical understanding of turbine aircraft. Hands‑on technician experience is a plus.

Previous experience with maintenance tracking software and customer relationship management (CRM) software is helpful

The ideal candidate will bring a background in aviation maintenance and an established list of industry contacts to hit the ground running

Skills

Must possess excellent organizational and computer skills

Must be goal‑oriented, have exceptional attention to detail, and work well independently and with a team

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/life experience

Degree concentration in sales or business management preferred
