ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Since joining State Farm in 1998, Ive loved being able to use my experience to help individuals, families, and business owners protect what they love most. Our office is pet friendly and involved in the community. Some of my involvement includes The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce and the Montgomery County Food Bank.
If Im not working or volunteering, youll usually find me trying out new recipes in the kitchen, kayaking, jogging, or spending time with my husband and two daughters.
We have team of five individuals who are close knit, family oriented and love what we do. If you are someone with core values and looking for a stable career path, we would love to speak with you regarding a position in our office.
ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Renee Langdon - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
