Role Overview We are seeking a
motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent
to join our client’s on-site team in Houston. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer experience and comfortable supporting customers across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via
phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with service questions and
basic troubleshooting
Guide customers through solutions with clarity and professionalism
Accurately document interactions using
CRM and customer service systems
Manage multiple requests in a
fast-paced environment
Deliver a positive, solutions-oriented customer experience
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience, preferably in
telecommunications or technology
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Experience using
CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule
Monday through Saturday availability required
On-site position in Houston, TX
Rotating shifts
