This role offers the opportunity to craft and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the success of Gallagher’s Environmental Consulting Practice. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver innovative solutions and enhance our reputation in the real estate and construction industries.
How you’ll make an impact In this role, you’ll create and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets. You’ll build and maintain relationships with real estate owners, developers, and construction managers, ensuring client satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
You’ll also conduct market research to identify trends, prepare and negotiate service proposals, and leverage cross-selling opportunities to expand Gallagher’s offerings. By raising awareness of Gallagher’s capabilities and maintaining accurate sales records, you’ll help drive growth and enhance our market presence.

About You Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:
A bachelor’s degree in environmental studies, architecture, engineering, construction, or a related field
10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
5–10+ years of experience in the environmental, real estate, or construction industries
Strong knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in market research and data analysis
A client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
