Responsibilities

Lead the capture planning and federal proposal development process, including technical and nontechnical writing, facilitating No/NoGo discussions, developing winning strategies, and conducting quality and compliance reviews.

Coordinate and support qualifying pursuits and participate in Go/NoGo decisionmaking.

Lead capture teams composed of technical, operations, and marketing staff; maintain pursuit documentation; and actively contribute to strategy development for assigned pursuits.

Identify opportunities for best practices and support process improvement initiatives.

Manage specific clients, programs, or initiatives and monitor budgets, as needed.

Conceptualize, research, and produce marketing materials, promotional assets, presentations, and strategic graphics.

Support marketing leadership in the development of annual strategic planning and help advance program initiatives.

Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for conferences, client events, and trainings, including travel up to 25% of the time.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing data in company systems, including photography, resumes, project descriptions, and archived materials.

Adhere to HDR processes for maintaining and archiving pursuit documentation.

Serve as a resource and mentor to junior marketing and proposal staff.

Skilled Requirements

Demonstrated experience in leading federal A/E/C proposal efforts from proposal development through submission and interview.

Highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a desire to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledgeable in publicly available information sources; able to effectively conduct market research to support the Federal Business Group.

Demonstrated “self-starter” with a history of completing projects with limited oversight.

Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to work cooperatively with diverse teams and personalities; comfortable working with remote team members.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Communications, Journalism, or a combination of education and relevant experience.

Ability to travel for events, conferences, and project interviews, up to 25% of the time.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.

Demonstrated “self-starter” with a history of completing projects with limited oversight.

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full‑time regular positions.
