Our agency opened in January 2008 and has grown into one of the top producing offices in the area, with 18 team members across two locations. Many of our team members have been with us for years, and that stability is a testament to the strong, supportive culture weve built together.

We offer a 9/80 work option nine-hour workdays with one weekday off every two weeks as well as multiple mini contests throughout the year where team members can win cash or prizes. We also enjoy team events throughout the year to stay connected and celebrate our success.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Randy Casey - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

Assist with customer retention strategies.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in customer service preferred.

Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
