LeChat Nails is seeking a full-time, in-office Graphic Designer / Creative Team Member to join our talented creative team. This role is ideal for a versatile designer who can learn quickly, adapt easily, and contribute to a wide range of creative projects. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, aesthetic-driven environment and enjoys working across digital, print, and packaging design. Key Responsibilities
Design email marketing graphics and campaign assets Create digital assets for e-commerce and website use Develop print and packaging materials featured in beautiful professional environments Proofread and assist with quality assurance for packaging and printed materials Support ongoing brand visuals across marketing channels Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams on new concepts Maintain visual consistency while bringing fresh creative ideas Qualifications
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop Familiarity with email marketing design and best practices Strong understanding of digital, print, and marketing design fundamentals Excellent attention to detail with strong spelling and grammar skills; capable of thorough proofreading and quality control, particularly for packaging Open to feedback and able to apply constructive direction to improve future projects Awareness of current design trends and marketing aesthetics Ability to work on-site at our Hercules, CA office Nice to Have
Photography or videography skills Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry We’re looking for a creative, motivated designer who enjoys variety in their work and wants to grow with an established beauty brand.
