
Product Manager: Electric Motor Sales

The Product Manager, Motor Sales is an individual contributor role responsible for commercial performance of the motor sales category at Energy Management Corporation. While this role does not currently have direct reports, it requires significant cross‑functional influence to align sales, operations, service and leadership to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Own P&L for the motor sales product line across the organization
Develop annual revenue, margin, and growth targets
Monitor pipeline and forecasting for the product category
Serve as the company-wide subject matter expert for motor applications, pricing, and competitive differentiation.
Develop and deliver internal and external trainings
Equip the organization with tools and resources to improve win rates and margin
Define and own motor sales processes from opportunity creation to delivery
Lead strategic relationships with manufacturers and key vendor partners
Ensure EMC meets vendor sales targets and growth expectations
Escalate and resolve supply chain, commercial, or quality issues
Required Experience
7+ years of experience in industrial motor sales or related field
Proven track record of driving revenue growth within a technical product category
Applicants must be able to fulfill the physical duties of the job, which include being able to stand or walk for extended periods of time. Individuals must be able to reach with hands and arms. Candidates must also be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
