As a Service Advisor, you’re more than a middle person between the customer and the shop, you’re the first point of contact and a trusted guide. You help customers understand their needs, keep them informed, and build the kind of loyalty that keeps them coming back.
What You’ll Be Doing
Welcoming customers and guiding them through the service process with clear, friendly communication
Collaborating with techs to ensure repairs are done right the first time
Managing service schedules and follow-ups to keep things running smoothly
Building long-term customer relationships based on trust and reliability
What You Bring
Experience in automotive service, customer service, or sales
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A calm, professional approach. Especially when things get busy
Passion for vehicles and a desire to keep learning
