Purpose of Job Route 92 Medical seeks a
Territory Sales Manager
to manage the activities in relation to training, value analysis, and customer support of all the products and services offered by Route 92 within their designated geographical area – the
Northern Midwest Territory . We are looking for people passionate about innovative, disruptive technology to join our team.
Responsibilities
Plan, direct and coordinate activities to drive support of product use within a designated geography or list of accounts
Coordinate training activities for all accounts within the designated geography
Collaborate with Clinical Account Managers (CAMs) within each territory
Participate in negotiations with key accounts
Forecast sales, monitor the economic and legislative environment for changes that may impact growth
Hold responsibility for some service activities
Collaborate internally with the team to continually strengthen the culture and enhance customer relationships
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, existing and new products & sales strategies
Recommend changes to products, services and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
Travel > 60%
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by on‑the‑job training, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
Skills For Success
Knowledge of medical device products, services, industry, customers and competition
Demonstrated ability to execute the sales process
Proven success in building strong and trusting relationships with customers
Interpersonal skills reflecting a collaborative, resilient, and flexible work ethic
Self‑starter with a drive and passion for high performance
Solution‑focused, critical thinker able to adapt to a fast‑paced work environment
Required Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent of combined education/certificate
Required Experience
Minimum of 5 years of related medical sales experience or equivalent
