Diversicare provides post‑acute care services to patients and residents at 61 skilled nursing and long‑term care centers in eight states, primarily in the Southeast, Midwest and Southwest United States.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage Account assignments in key market segments as determined with Administrator (and with sales manager as appropriate)
Develop and maintain positive, strong presence in the market and community
Collaborate with referral sources and team members to facilitate open communication
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Decision Makers, Decision Influencers, and other Contacts as possible and appropriate
Collaborate with referral sources to uncover needs and match appropriate Diversicare solutions
Identify opportunities for developing new business
Meet or exceed goals determined with Administrator
Demonstrate growth in Account utilization of Center services over time
Communicate effectively with patients and families to determine services and care that best meet their needs, for the right care in the right place at the right time
Accurately represent Center services and clinical capabilities with customers, including appropriate Features‑Benefits‑Impact, effectively demonstrating best practices and use of Diversicare Sales Steps
Thoroughly educate patients and families and understand patient/family expectations to provide a positive experience, meet or exceed expectations, and to help reduce unnecessary rehospitalizations
Participate in Center meetings and activities as required, and thoroughly and accurately complete and submit any required reports, paperwork, and documentation
Exhibit leadership qualities, managing the admission process and collaborating with Center team
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence with activity and behavior that supports the Diversicare Mission, Values, and Service Standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably long‑term care
(EOE)
