We are looking for an interior designer with 3-5 years experience. This individual will be the project lead for various model home projects. From start to finish, concept to completion/installation of furnishings. Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. Prior design firm experience required. To be considered, one must have a strong proficiency in AutoCAD and PowerPoint. Additionally, candidates must have professional written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized and detail oriented, and have the ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Source furnishings, textiles, art and accessories
Manage project drawings and specifications.
Correspond with builders and/or contractors for project details and progress.
Attend client meetings as needed both in office and off site
Create and manage budgets and schedules
Provide team support in various other responsibilities working collaboratively with individuals both in the immediate team and other departments.
Prepare client presentations, present ideas to clients, manage all aspects of the design process
