Overview Apex Service Partners is expanding its marketing team. We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Area Manager with comprehensive expertise in traditional and digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.

Job Overview The Marketing Area Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple brands and regions in Washington and/or Nevada. The role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and requires a well‑rounded professional who thrives in a high‑paced environment with strong focus on both traditional and non‑traditional methods, including digital marketing channels such as paid search, SEO, and Local Service Ads (LSA). Responsibilities include spearheading traditional market efforts, assisting with digital execution, reporting on analytics, executing marketing campaigns, and more. The ideal candidate will prioritize projects, manage high volume of creative requests, collaborate effectively with field personnel including General Managers and Regional Managers, and bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies covering traditional and digital channels to achieve regional objectives and enhance brand visibility. Responsible for regional brand marketing initiatives and execution.

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, incorporating traditional and digital elements, to generate leads and drive sales. Oversee advertising and all campaign input and tracking accuracy. Gather brand assets, oversee script adherence for radio and TV, coordinate community and employee sponsorships, and manage reputation on BBB, Yelp, Google.

Showcase expertise in digital marketing, including paid search, SEO, LSA, and other online channels, to optimize online presence and reach target audiences.

Effectively manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across channels for maximum ROI. Track budgets weekly and monthly, reconcile invoices, and ensure accuracy and payment across companies.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies for the Seattle/Tacoma region.

Ensure consistent branding across all channels, maintain a positive brand image, and lead rebranding initiatives.

Work closely with General Managers and Regional Managers to tailor marketing initiatives to local market dynamics and branch needs. Organize weekly marketing meetings with regional brands.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, provide insights, analyze reports weekly, monthly, annually, and use advanced data analysis skills in MS Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with expertise in traditional and digital marketing. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, including paid search, SEO, and LSA.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with field personnel.

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions. Proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel, and marketing analytics tools.

Experience in Skilled Trades is highly desirable.

Graphic Design skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva).

Relevant experience in planning and managing marketing budgets.

Position is hybrid; candidate must live in the Denver area (2–3 days in office).

Physical Demands

Stand/Sit: Must remain in stationary position 50% of the time.

May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time.

Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay Transparency The annual pay opportunity for this role ranges from $90K to $120K DOE. The actual pay depends on training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). Salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. The compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position based on location and experience.
