POSITION TITLE: Digital Marketing Manager
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt
Position Overview Dobbs Tire and Auto Centers was founded in 1976 as a family‑owned complete auto care solution in South St. Louis, Missouri. The Dobbs brand has experienced significant growth, expanding to over 100 locations across Missouri, Illinois, Texas and Ohio with future growth goals to over 200 stores by 2027. Along with offering a full selection of quality tire brands, all locations provide comprehensive automotive services, from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics and engine repairs. The Digital Marketing Manager is the engine behind our online presence—turning strategy into scroll‑stopping campaigns that grow brand awareness, fuel website traffic, and convert interest into action. This role blends creativity and analytics, owning everything from SEO and paid media to content, UX, and local Google presence, while constantly optimizing performance through data and insights. You’ll lead and collaborate across teams and agencies, bringing campaigns to life and clearly sharing results with leadership and operations. Roles And Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize long‑term digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence and drive measurable growth.
Own and manage all core digital channels, including SEO/SEM, paid media, social platforms, email marketing, and display advertising.
Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, translating data into insights that improve ROI and key performance indicators.
Oversee website performance and user experience (UX), ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with the editorial calendar.
Lead, mentor, and collaborate with internal marketing team members while managing external agencies and vendor partnerships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for outside digital agencies, leading status calls, timelines, and project execution.
Communicate digital campaigns, initiatives, and results clearly across operations and leadership teams to drive alignment.
Own Google Business Profile (GBP) and Google Ads access and management across all locations, ensuring accuracy and performance consistency.
Create, design, and edit social media and other digital assets, as needed.

This position operates out of a temperature‑controlled office environment‑ work from work is required
This position will be required to use standard office equipment such as phones, computers, printers, etc.
Experience And Education
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
Typically requires a B.S. or M.S. degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Graphic Design background for Digital campaigns; Marketing Experience for Automotive Industry/Dealers preferred
