We are seeking a high-energy, dedicated Designer passionate about visual communications, branding, and design. As part of the Brand Design team, the Designer will be integral in creating assets for a variety of marketing initiatives. They will be an advocate for the visual identity of our brand and work to consistently ideate and evolve the brand through various platforms. Bring your passion and be a foundational part of our dynamic studio! Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
Work on projects including, but not limited to brand campaigns and cross channel digital marketing initiatives Provide graphic design solutions to support for various marketing channels: in-app, dotcom, email, and paid media With the guidance of Art Director and Creative Director, ideate and initiate new formats of content in response to performance reports and social media trends Collaborate with animation team to complete graphics packages Manage multiple projects, producing high-quality designs in a timely manner Partner with Creative Director and Producer to create decks, and explore and develop logos, brand identity, and style guides for existing and upcoming initiatives Maintain and update brand style guides and ensure brand consistency across assets Receive and apply creative direction from Creative Director and Art Director for any given assignment Must Have Skills / Requirements
Photoshop compositing and retouching experience 4+ years of experience Working knowledge of Typographic Layout 4+ years of experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills 4+ years of experience; Ability to articulate design decisions with managers and colleagues. Nice To Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
Motion Design Figma Prototyping Monday.com Soft Skills
Perform work independently under minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player Wide-ranging portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and solutions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Passion for working in a collaborative team Ability to present ideas clearly and thoughtfully Time management and organizational skills Knowledge of layouts, graphic design fundamentals, typography, print, and web Experience with both print and digital media Technology Requirements
High proficiency in applications including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Cloud Figma Portfolio required. Education / Certifications
