
I'm working with a major American Airline, looking to hire a Sr. Graphic Designer!
Location: Hybrid in Chicago, IL
Contract Duration: 6 months to start, potential to extend/convert
Hourly rate: $45-50/hr
About this role:
Lead the development and execution of strategic, brand-forward creative across print, collateral, packaging, advertising, and multi-component campaigns
Uphold and maintain brand consistency across all deliverables, ensuring alignment with established design systems and guidelines
Conceptualize and design original visual solutions including logo development, identity systems, illustrations, infographics, and campaign assets
Drive creative from initial concept and sketch through final production handoff with strong attention to typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative Leadership, Art Directors, and marketing partners
Experience:
Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design or related field
5+ years of professional design experience within an agency or large corporate environment
Heavy brand design experience, including visual identity development and brand system execution
Advanced typography and layout expertise
Strong print production knowledge and experience preparing production-ready files
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Event and experiential design experience is nice to have
