What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels - including but not limited to PPC and LSA campaigns, Meta, etc.
Create compelling content for email campaigns, social media, blog posts, and print materials
Work with internal teams and outside vendors to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI (work with intake team to analyze lead quality on a weekly basis)
Coordinate events, sponsorships, and community outreach opportunities
Collaborate with web developers and SEO/SEM specialists to optimize online presence
Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify new marketing opportunities
Assist with managing marketing budget to ensure we are maximizing our efforts in the right avenues.
Accurately track all leads to ensure the success of all campaigns.
Create content for social media platforms such as instagram, facebook, linkedin, X, etc.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a professional services or legal environment
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
Proficiency with marketing tools like Canva, Google Ads, and social media platforms
Google LSA/PPC knowledge required
Excellent project management and organizational skills
A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
This role requires in person attendance.
