Vertiv is looking for a Product Specialist to support the development of global thermal rating tool software. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team, working on requirements gathering, feature specification, and collaborating closely with the software development team to design and release new functionalities for internal stakeholders. You will also become a key reference for the tool, providing support and training to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the Product Owner to collect, understand, and prioritize requirements from internal customers, contributing to the product roadmap and backlog.

Support the development team during feature implementation and ensure successful delivery of new functionalities to users.

Become a tool expert: assist users and deliver training sessions.

Be local expert and first point of contact for AMER region.

Monitor tool usage, provide reports and KPIs to stakeholders, collect feedback, and turn it into actionable improvements.

Validate new features: review, test, and approve implementations before release.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. Computer Science, or a related field can be considered as well.

2+ years of experience in thermal engineering preferred; recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Strong understanding of HVAC system operation, component balancing, and system integration.

Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and communication tools (MS Teams, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).

Availability to travel up to 20%
