Customs & Trade Compliance Manager

Truity Partners is supporting a prominent manufacturer in Menomonee Falls, WI with their search for a Customs & Trade Compliance Manager. This is a permanent direct hire opportunity, offering a primarily onsite work schedule. Compensation is estimated at up to $125,000-$150,000 annually plus bonus eligibility, based on experience and qualifications. RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and centralize U.S. customs and tariff compliance for all inbound and outbound shipments Serve as primary liaison to customs broker and U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) Oversee classification, valuation, country of origin, duty drawback, and related activities Monitor trade regulation changes and model financial impact on landed cost and margins Work across departments to implement compliant trade processes and maintain audit documentation EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

5–10 years of progressive experience in trade compliance, customs, or similar field Knowledge of US/international trade and customs regulations Experience working in a manufacturing or global supply chain environment Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
