Our M.S. Walker Brands National Sales team is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic
Trade Marketing Specialist
to manage marketing and sales materials, align on key initiatives for our national wine and spirits brands (St. Elder Artisanal Liqueurs, Ghost Tequila, Grainger’s Deluxe Organic Vodka, Grand Mayan, etc.), support our team members and distributor partners across the country, and manage and maintain the content for a catalog of various products across eCommerce retail channels (Insta Cart, Wine.com, etc.). This role will deepen cohesion between the Creative Services department (creative, graphic design, communications, social media), sales leadership team and the warehousing operations team to help grow our brands across the country through a vast distribution network.
Responsibilities Include
Serve as the link to our wholesale partners to deliver up-to-date brand and product info.
Identify, prep and organize key visual and communication assets for existing and new brands and products to inform promotional materials.
Responsible for managing the promotional merchandise program, including sourcing, securing & negotiating pricing, procurement and inventory management.
Maintain current stock of core brand promotional materials for local use and evaluate key market needs.
Maintain promotional merchandise online portal.
Develop and maintain calendar for key milestones and holidays throughout the year for core national wine & spirits brands to inform marketing needs and materials.
Manage MS Walker Brands National Tasting Program.
Prepare for and coordinate successful event execution (local & national), market kickoffs and key meetings.
Work with National Accounts Director to establish core brand calendars.
Oversee brand rebate programs.
Manage external materials print program, e-distribution of materials and reporting.
Track merchandise inventory on an ongoing basis to prevent lapses in stock and reorder on an as-needed basis.
Traffic and syndicate product content across key retailer channels.
Support PDP projects, including content optimizations, revamps, brand store pages, and enhanced content.
Perform regular content audits on product ecommerce and MS Walker description pages (PDP) to continually assess the accuracy of content.
Manage the collection of product renders and labels from the company database for use in PDP content projects.
Manage content development and deployment for new product and innovation launches.
Work with Sales and National Accounts Team to manage PDP content updates for emerging eCommerce channels.
Conduct regular audits to ensure existing brand, category and product pages maintain accuracy.
About You
You are very detail-oriented and capable of juggling various brands and project needs.
You are highly organized and skilled at building reference documents to easily recall and access project information.
You have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing situations.
Experience working with large product catalogs preferred.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
Strong organizational and planning skills are essential.

Education / Experience
Bachelor’s Degree from Accredited University.
2-3 Years Professional Experience in marketing, operations, or sales project coordination in the Wine and Spirits industry.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
