About Our Agency Ive proudly owned my State Farm agency for nearly five years and lead a close-knit team of four. With my background as a U.S. Army captain and a Michigan State graduate (Go Green!), I bring leadership, dedication, and teamwork into everything we do.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
