Job Type:

Full-Time

Are you the kind of person who notices the little things others miss? Do you enjoy making systems smoother, tracking what works, and turning good ideas into organized campaigns that actually perform?

We’re looking for a

Marketing Coordinator

to join the team at

Muleshoe Buildings

— a growing Texas-based company known for building top-quality metal structures and earning the trust of customers across the state.

This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role perfect for someone who thrives on organization, accountability, and measurable results. You’ll be an essential part of our growth — not just producing content, but managing campaigns, refining systems, and making sure our marketing efforts actually drive performance.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns — track performance, optimize results

Manage our content calendar — organize photo libraries, schedule posts, and keep messaging consistent

Update and maintain our website and online profiles — including Google Business, testimonials, and service areas

Monitor lead sources and campaign ROI — using tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics

Support email marketing — organize lists, schedule newsletters, and track engagement

Keep our brand consistent — oversee use of logos, templates, and visual guidelines

Assist with ads, SEO, and review management — data‑backed, not guesswork

Install jobsite signage and capture high‑quality photos of buildings

What We’re Looking For

A detail‑oriented, data‑driven person who thrives on organization, structure, and follow‑through

Someone who takes ownership, hits deadlines, and treats marketing like a system, not a guessing game

Strong communicator — visually, verbally, and in writing — with a good eye for design and brand consistency

Comfortable juggling multiple projects, balancing creativity with precision, and working both independently and collaboratively

Proficient in tools like Canva, HubSpot, Google Sheets, WordPress, and common social/email platforms

Bonus points for experience in construction, home services, or marketing for small‑to‑medium‑size businesses

What You’ll Get

A meaningful role with real impact — you’ll shape how our brand shows up and how customers find and trust us

The trust and freedom to own your work, manage projects, and build systems that last

A steady, supportive work environment with leadership that values structure, clarity, and results

Opportunities for growth as the company expands and your role evolves

Competitive pay, company vehicle access for site visits, and all the tools you need to succeed

A team that’s committed to doing things right, building things that last, and taking pride in every project

Apply today and help us build something that lasts.
