About the Role
We are looking for a talented and versatile
Creative Designer
to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in both digital and print design, as well as a passion for marketing-driven creative work. You will be responsible for creating a wide range of visually engaging materials, from websites and email campaigns to print designs, digital banners, and social media ads. Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, understands the latest design trends, and knows how to convert ideas into high-performing creative assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Design : Develop visually appealing and user-centric website layouts, ensuring responsiveness across devices.
Email Design : Create compelling email templates optimized for performance and compatibility across multiple platforms.
Print Design : Design high-quality print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters, following industry standards.
Display Ad Banners : Design engaging and conversion-driven banner ads for web display.
Social Media Ads and Posts : Create eye-catching ads and content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring they align with platform specifications and audience preferences.
Collaborate
with marketing and development teams to ensure alignment with broader campaign goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of professional design experience
working across digital and print media.
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and UI/UX design tools like
Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD .
Strong understanding of
email design tools
like
Mailchimp, Klaviyo , or similar platforms.
Up-to-date with the
latest design trends
and the ability to apply them to various industries and formats.
Experience designing with a
marketing mindset , ensuring all materials are conversion-driven and audience-focused.
Exceptional
task management
skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high-quality work.
Strong understanding of how to
translate client briefs
into creative solutions that meet business objectives.
Excellent
communication and collaboration
skills, able to work closely with clients, marketers, and other team members to ensure project success.
