ABOUT OUR AGENCY I opened my agency in 2015 after spending 25 years coaching college football, an experience that shaped the strong team culture we have today. Our office now includes 10 team members, and we operate with the same principles that make great teams successful: communication, trust, effort, and a genuine commitment to one another.

I graduated from Tarleton State University, and I'm a husband and father of three who still loves everything about football. We also stay active in the community by sponsoring two fellowships for local athletes, supporting young people as they grow both on and off the field.

ROLE DESCRIPTION As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Erik Slaughter - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

Assist with customer retention strategies.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

Communication and problem‑solving skills.

Experience in customer service preferred.

Ability to handle high‑stress situations calmly.
