Family Medicine Residency Program Director

An Interim Administrative Director of Care Management is needed to manage the daily operations of a hospital in Portland, Oregon. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, this role involves strategic planning, operational leadership, and financial management. The director will oversee programs that ensure safe patient transitions and effective post-acute care placements. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in complex care management operations and leading cross-functional teams within a healthcare setting. Excellent communication skills are also crucial, and the candidate must be able to start within 23 weeks of acceptance.
