Entry-Level Bank Teller
TEKsystems is hiring an Entry-Level Bank Teller to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Goose Creek, SC! To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by the client including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; lending products; and credit/debit cards. To perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision. Provide assistance/training to lower level team members. Responsibilities include analyzing, researching and resolving problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans; assisting members with submitting consumer/mortgage/equity loan, overdraft protection and credit card applications; counseling current and prospective members about company products and services; ensuring cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly; identifying opportunities to cross service products and increase product penetration; performing platform banking functions; assisting level I team members; understanding and complying with federal and other regulations relating to financial products and services; and may assist with Branch Office vault opening, closing and balancing procedures; may serve as a Branch Office and/or ATM vault custodian. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications may include participation and completion of specialized training (in Business Services, IRA, MLO, notary, etc.), per business need. This is a contract position based out of Goose Creek, SC. The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
