
Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist
The main function of a Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist is to interact with customers in response to scheduling pest and rodent inspections. Customer Service Specialists will be taking inbound calls but may have to place an outbound call to follow up with customers on appointment scheduling. Specialists will take anywhere from 80-100 calls a day. Must have at least 1+ year of call center experience (sales experience is "nice to have" for overcoming objections with scheduling inspections). Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests. Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders. Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates. Provide customers with product samples and catalogs. This is a contract position based out of Memphis, TN. The pay range for this position is $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
