Responsibilities: Accurately input and verify data within designated systems to ensure consistency and reliability. Match accounts manually using trust IDs and other identifiers to maintain data integrity. Collaborate with custodians to reconcile and align account information. Review and process approximately 250 accounts, ensuring all records are correctly matched and entered. Utilize HubSpot and other platforms to manage and track data effectively. Maintain detailed records of all data entry activities for auditing purposes. Identify and resolve discrepancies in account information promptly. Support team members by providing clear and concise updates on data entry progress. Ensure compliance with company standards and protocols during all data entry processes. Requirements: Proven experience in data entry roles, preferably with numeric and account-based data. Proficiency in data entry software and platforms, including HubSpot. Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent organizational skills to manage large amounts of data efficiently. Familiarity with trust IDs and account reconciliation processes is preferred. Effective communication skills to liaise with custodians and team members. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
