Call Center Representative

Location: Round Rock, TX We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to support service operations by opening, dispatching, and maintaining work orders. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Enter, dispatch, and track work orders Confirm receipt and scheduling with subcontractors Maintain accurate notes on all communications Answer incoming calls and provide support Close service calls upon completion Update customer web portals Manage dashboards and meet SLA requirements Support purchasing, AP, and AR as needed Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum one year of experience Valid driver's license Ability to pass background and drug screening Experience in lighting, electrical, or construction is a plus Skills & Attributes: Strong customer service and communication abilities Able to work under tight deadlines Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented Positive, professional attitude Technical Skills: Proficient with Google Gmail/Apps/Earth Strong Microsoft Excel skills Experience with PDF tools (Adobe, Bluebeam) Familiar with financial software and cloud-based tracking platforms Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
