Seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to support ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office growth. This position focuses on outreach, policy renewals, and relationship maintenance. Responsibilities: Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals and coverage options. Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions. Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives. Engage with existing and prospective insurance customers by phone, email, texting, and in person. Provide remarkable service for existing customers need, to drive retention. You'll answer customer inquiries, provide policy information, assist customers with policy changes, updates, process insurance claims and follow up with customers as needed. Use your insurance knowledge and expertise to uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend tailored solutions from State Farm or alliance products. Develop new prospective customers using various methods Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and listening skills. Friendly, positive, receptive to feedback and performance coaching. Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience. Previous experience in customer service or account management preferred. Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (possess or acquire asap). Fast learner who retains material quickly. Possess problem solving skills. Competitive, highly self-motivated and enjoys being rewarded for your efforts. Able to work with other team members and independently, and able to hold yourself accountable for your performance.
