As a Banker, you'll be the welcoming face of the branch and a key partner in helping clients reach their financial goals. As a Banker III you will process client transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. Refer Bank products and services and refer clients to other Bank specialists when appropriate. In this role you'll: Process client transactions accurately and efficiently while following established policies and procedures. Provide an excellent client experience and represent the Bank with professionalism and care. Help clients achieve financial goals by referring products, services, and Bank specialists when appropriate. Serve as a leader in sales, operations, and client service within the branch. Support branch operations, including mentoring, training, and coaching members of the teller team. Work collaboratively to complete assignments with quality and timeliness, with or without direct supervision. Maintain strong personal reliability and punctuality. Engage in in-person and phone conversations to identify and sell Bank products and services, meeting minimum referral standards. Open new accounts using the Banner Way sales process, when assigned. Ensure full compliance with policies, procedures, security requirements, and regulatory standards. What we're looking for: You have a High School Diploma or GED (Required). You have two or more years of teller experience that includes sales experience with established goals (Required). An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree. What helps you shine: You bring strong organizational skills and enjoy focusing on details. You're comfortable with Windows-based applications, calculators, and basic PC tasks. You have solid math, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. You communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats, and use polished phone and email etiquette. You build relationships easily and bring excellent customer service to every interaction. You're able to work branch hours as scheduled. You're able to lift and move up to 25 pounds as part of essential job functions.
