We are hiring an experienced Body Technician with Tesla and EV repair experience to join our Lemon Grove team. Kaizen means continuous improvement we invest in OEM repairs, advanced equipment, and our technicians. Responsibilities: Perform body repairs on Tesla and electric vehicles Follow Tesla OEM procedures and EV safety standards Repair aluminum and high-strength steel Deliver safe, high-quality repairs Qualifications: Tesla repair experience required (certification preferred) EV or OEM collision repair experience Aluminum repair experience preferred Team-oriented and detail-focused Ability to meet California safety and workplace standards Compensation & Benefits: $110K$200K annual earning potential Steady work and consistent hours Paid OEM & EV training Curative health plan ($0 deductible, $0 copays after baseline) Dental, Vision, PTO & Holidays Kaizen Collision Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all California employment laws.
