
Call Center Representative
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Call Center Representatives in the North Side Area to support patients who use heart monitor devices. This role is responsible for assisting patients, responding to alerts, and providing professional support in a fast-paced environment. This is a possible temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential. Key Responsibilities: Monitor incoming alerts from heart monitoring devices Assist patients with device-related questions and concerns Document all calls and patient interactions accurately Escalate urgent or critical alerts according to protocol Maintain professionalism and empathy when speaking with patients Requirements: Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM Experience required (entry-level or experienced) Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Ability to work in a 24/7 environment (weekends/holidays may be required) Excellent communication skills Reliable attendance Training Schedule (Mandatory): Week 1: 8:30 AM
5:30 PM Week 2: 8:30 AM
5:00 PM Week 3: 8:30 AM
