Purpose and Scope of Job: Assist the credit manager with decisions, investigations, analysis, order approvals, and the collection of accounts receivable. Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned): Reconciles errors on computer printouts to maintain accounting records. Research, track, and resolve accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies. Process credit memos and tax debits and credits. Print and mail statements. Set up new customer accounts in accounting system. Print various accounting reports to verify accuracy and prepares input forms to reconcile errors. Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with customers and departments in regard to collection tasks. Complete customer invoicing according to contract requirements in a timely and accurate manner. Reviews source documents for completeness and accuracy. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, or equivalent, Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Three (3) years experience in accounting

accounts receivable, accounts payable, or bookkeeping. Strong competency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information in a confident manner. High level of attention to detail and the ability to prepare reports/run queries with minimal error.
